Marcola Student Safety Notice

On Wednesday, October 18th, 2017 one of our neighbors close to the High School reported a cougar was sighted in the field on Honeybee Lane.

We have reviewed our safety procedures in case there is a day-time sighting near the school. In addition, we have contacted the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife (ODFW) about this report. ODFW encourages people who see a cougar near the school to report the sighting to their Springfield Office.
