Attention Robotics family and supporters!

On Friday we need to build the tournament, and will need extra hands to unload the trailers, assemble fields, and set up the pits.

The first part of the build will be in the high school gym at 1:00.

The second part of the build will be in the elementary gym at 6:30.

Can you come help?

Our VEX Home Robotics Event is coming up on Saturday, February 22!

Running a robotics program and taking kids to competitions is a very expensive process. Holding concessions at our events is one way for us to make money for our program, so we can keep running it for our kids!

I am looking for people who are willing to donate food items or money for purchasing food items for our concessions.

If you would like to donate money toward concessions, you can take cash or a check to Wendi Gill, in our front office. Please make sure that she knows it is for concessions, so she can keep it separate from our other robotics funding. Checks can be made out to Mohawk Robotics. If you have a student attending the school, they can also take it to Ms. Gill, but please enclose a note specifying that it is for concessions.

Money donations can also be mailed to our school at: Mohawk HS Robotics Program, 38300 Wendling Road, Marcola, Oregon 97454

If you would prefer to donate prepackaged food items or drinks, you can drop those items off with Ms. Gill in the office, or give them to Ms. Klein in the robotics lab.

If you would like to contact me regarding what we need, I can be emailed at

All donations are tax deductible, and you will receive a receipt, and a donation letter for your taxes. Please be sure to leave contact information, so I can get the tax document to you.

Below I have enclosed a list of what we know we are serving, as well as what we know sells well. If you have other ideas, I am open to suggestions! Please check what you would like to donate.
