Miss Kallee Eck (left) has earned the title of Upper Willamette District Vice President for 2022-2023. Miss Natalie VanderPloeg (right) retired as a district officer as she says goodbye to her last year in FFA. Communication, enthusiasm, and the desire to invest themselves in others are only a few of the necessary skills for leading their peers. They have and will continue to lead by example.
