Marcola School District registration for the 2026–2027 school year opens Thursday, August 13!

RETURNING STUDENTS
Families of returning students will receive an email from PowerSchool with a unique SnapCode for each student. You will need the SnapCode to complete online registration, so please watch your email for registration instructions.

PRESCHOOL OPENINGS AVAILABLE!
We still have openings for 4-year-olds in our preschool program.

Preschool students must reside within the Marcola School District boundaries to be eligible for enrollment.

Exceptions may be made for:
Children who have a sibling currently enrolled in Marcola School District
Children of Marcola School District staff members

REGISTRATION DEADLINE
All students must be registered by September 1st.

Middle and High School students will not receive their class schedules until registration is complete.

Need help registering? We will have computers available during Open House, or families are welcome to use a computer in the high school office during regular office hours.

REGISTRATION TIPS
Registration is easiest to complete using a computer rather than a phone.

Need access to a computer or help with registration? Our office is open Monday–Thursday, 8:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m., and computers are available for families to use.

• Please download the Bound app.
• Bound is linked to PowerSchool.
• If your student has attended MSD, PLEASE search for and add them from the system. Do NOT create them manually.
• Ignore incorrect graduation years—the system has not updated yet and it will NOT affect registration.

🏈 HIGH SCHOOL FALL SPORTS
• Please register ASAP! Numbers are needed to build schedules and prepare for the season.
• Practice starts Monday, August 17.
• Team Photos: Friday, August 21.
• HS Parent/Athlete Meeting: Monday, August 17 at 6:00 PM in the MEDIA CENTER
• You do NOT need a physical or payment to register. Select “Pay Later” & Submit physical by 8/17 only if needed!

🏐 MIDDLE SCHOOL FALL SPORTS
• Practices begin the week of August 24.
• Parent meetings will be scheduled by coaches and announced soon.
• Game schedules are available in Bound and on the website.

MS VB is 7th & 8th grade only, 6th grade will play Junior Mustangs. MS FB is full contact 6th-8th grades. MS XC is 6th-8th grades, MUST have at least 5 athletes to have a team.

Mohawk High School Fall Sports Registration is now open for:
🏃 Cross Country
🏐 Volleyball
🏈 Football

Important Information
-Cross Country must have at least 5 athletes registered in order to field a team.

We are excited to be using Bound for athletic registration this year!
Please download the Bound app for easy access to:

Bound is synced with PowerSchool!
If your student has previously attended Marcola School District, PLEASE DO NOT create a new student profile.
Instead:
Create a new family account in Bound (if you don't already have one).
Select "Add Child"
Search for your student and connect them to your account.
This will save you time and prevent duplicate student records.

Financial assistance is available for athletic participation fees.
During registration, enter:
SCHOLARSHIP for a 100% fee waiver
REDUCED for a 50% fee reduction
Please note: The Athletic Director will follow up with families requesting a scholarship to complete the required scholarship application.

Mandatory Parent/Athlete Meeting

All athletes and at least one parent/guardian are required to attend.

Sports Physicals
After registration is complete, the Athletic Secretary will contact families whose student-athletes need an updated sports physical.
