Student allotments are allocated based on the student’s enrollment date:

Allotments can be used to cover academic materials such as textbooks, school supplies, curriculum materials, approved instructional programs, enrichment experiences, educational memberships, subscriptions, educational fees, tutoring services (tutors must be approved vendors and either be certified to teach in Oregon or undergo a background check), some athletics fees, field trips, and monthly internet expenses as approved by your EF.
